Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and condition of their listings. QuipMan acts as a venue and does not warrant any equipment listed.

2. Transactions

All transactions are solely between buyers and sellers. QuipMan is not a party to any sale and is not responsible for payment, shipping or disputes.

3. Conduct

Users must not post unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
