This Advertiser Agreement ("Agreement") governs the placement of advertising, sponsored listings and promotional content ("Ads") on QuipMan by advertisers, agencies and their representatives ("Advertiser"). By submitting an Ad, the Advertiser accepts these terms.

1. Advertising Content

All Ads must accurately describe the equipment or service offered. The Advertiser is solely responsible for the truthfulness, completeness and legality of its Ads and for obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses.

2. Prohibited Content

Ads must not contain or link to:

• Misleading, false or deceptive claims (including fake pricing or inventory).
• Stolen, counterfeit, or illegally sourced equipment or parts.
• Content that infringes third-party trademarks, copyrights or patents.
• Malware, phishing links, or unauthorized tracking technology.
• Content that violates applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

3. Placement and Review

QuipMan may reject, remove or re-position any Ad at its discretion to protect the Marketplace's quality and brand. Ads that are flagged by other users are subject to review.

4. Fees, Billing and Cancellation

• Fees are based on the selected advertising package and invoiced in advance.
• Renewals are billed at the then-current published rate unless cancelled before the end of the current term.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Рекламировать page or by emailing support@quipman.com.
• No pro-rated refunds are issued for mid-term cancellations unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Advertiser grants QuipMan a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store and transmit Ads as part of the Marketplace. QuipMan's name, logos and site design remain the property of QuipMan.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

QuipMan is not liable for lost revenue or other indirect damages arising from Ad placement, rejection or removal. Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold QuipMan harmless from any third-party claims arising out of its Ads.

7. Changes to This Agreement

QuipMan may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of advertising services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
